Have had the op to watch this stock for a few days....when it goes down it is in 1000 share parcels or less, however when it rises back from being taken downk, larger blocks are bought....3-15 thousand. I believe this is a market maker or other large individual accumulating shares. The solid up today was probably increased awareness of the need for last mile connections for these companies. QWST and others seem like a likely match for wcii in this respect. The potential subscriber base increase available in NY, wcii's largest market, is phenonmenal.
