Don, FWIW here is an e-mail response I received from Stockscape.com regarding an inquiry I made regarding the issues you have raised:

<<Stockscape.com has not received any compensation from Wattage Monitor. However, one of our newsletter partners, Scott Fraser, whom we publish online (but in whose publication we have no ownership interest), paid approximately $65,000 to carry out a promotional campaign centering around his video presentation in which he discusses Wattage Monitor. On Scott's behalf, Stockscape.com administered this campaign, dispersing the funds to the web-marketers of Scott's choosing, and retaining a 10% administration fee for ourselves for coordinating the campaign and hosting the referral pages. Stockscape.com is a BC based company.

I hope I answered your questions sufficiently. For the record, to the best of my knowledge, none of the employees, officers, or directors of
Stockscape.com are the beneficial owners of any stock or interest in Wattage
Monitor.
Warm Regards,
Trevor Newton>>

The question remains as to why did Fraser pay this $65,000 fee. Was he reimbursed by WMON? How large a positon in WMON does Fraser hold?
Any thoughts or comments?
