hmm. . I see. Looks like the same image but flipped 180 degrees, or colors transposed. The other one is from the CDC, discussing Tuberculosis at correctional facilities. My take on it is that they got these .gif images from Microsoft Frontpage or something similar, and they are just public domain, probably so common they are found on everything from church newsletters to these guys. At least it looks professional, though not original. It could be a whole lot worse! They could have chosen something like one of those roaches on a can of Raid.
