The book value at Dec is $6.57. If you exclude the value of Goodwill, Deferred Tax, Fixed Assets, Financing Costs it drops by $50m to $5.81/share. But we know that they don't have to pay face value to pay off the LT debt so real liquidation value is around $6.50/share. For a tech company that just won two awards at ComNet??? Yes, they have margin problems, but they are not draining cash away and the future has great potential. I am convinced again that MRVC is a great deal, and I'm buying with both fists ... I even raised my bid this morning to 6 7/16 just to get filled before I go on holidays. I'll put in another bid for 6.25 in case I get as lucky as Sector <g> Best luck to all, ** David
