Sounds like a total screwup in product development. Is the Entouch actually a touchscreen product that you cannot touch? My guess is that controlled environment means that they will only sell to a few crucial customers and that all units are sold with the promise that will be repaired. An expensive proposition. This stock is going to be bleeding for some time... The morale of the story is to listen to what the market is saying. At least I did not average down on this one. Ed
