Spacing between letters deliniates the words of the phrase. The message is addressed to all share holders so 23 3 = We. We what??? We 7 19 3 = are. We are what??? We shareholders have one thing in common...we own maxam. If Maxam succeeds, we get rich. " We are grning to be rich" Either grning is a St. Pats day joke, or my decoder ring was sent through the laundry one time too many. Tony
