Why is this good news for NAVR longs? Except for NAVR shareholders, who want the price of NAVR to go back up, is the market actually looking forward to the netradio IPO? From the article you posted:

Netradio does not even get mentioned in articles about radio on the internet [as people have commented about here before]. I am starting to wonder who cares about the upcoming IPO other than us--and our interest is not the IPO itself but NAVR.

The key to the article you posted is that the _market_, not merely shareholders, has to be looking forward, with anticipation, for something to be IPOed.

Paulson et all better start chatting up people who write articles about radio on the net. It seems these writers do not know netradio exists!
