The company continues to break the law by telling the selected few about inside information of the SEC inquiry. They should put out a press release and fess up to what is really going down. But then again I have heard for weeks from the many posters on this board that "Next week, next week SFLK will say the SEC has cleared them." Its been quite a few next weeks and it seems that it was just lies.
