Greg, in the overall enterprise scenario (networked mainframes, servers, workstations and PCs), companies like Boeing are spending $30 million JUST for consultation on software and hardware compliance and conversion/upgrade. You can imagine the software and hardware upgrade spending that comes out of such contracts. Re: "I estimate that for our customers in this situation maybe 5% of them addressed the issue in 1998, another 20% so far year to date with the remaining 75% yet to do anything. Most are aware of the issue but think it's a simple upgrade." The old don't do today what you can put off 'til tomorrow mentality. Tony
