Agreed, but as a civilized society we must, as I have said, discourage the abominations, but allow people the freedom to do them UNTIL THEY REACH THE SURFACE. Otherwise, we would literally have to police the private dwellings of our citizens, and I am not willing to give that much power to anyone.

It is better that as a society we discourage binge drinking and other abominations and should they reach the surface, punish them appropriately.
