D.A. et all, I am a little confused here, I am very much a novice investor and I don't understand how this public offering works to bring down the shareprice. According to PLT it is to be offered by First Marathon, and if I look at trading over the last few months FM has had no significant presence at all in the market for PLT. By far the biggest involvement comes from Green Line. Does anyone know what the status of this public offering is? I am just trying to figure out if it is about time to get a little discouraged here.
