The law says that a minor (under 18) may not enter into a contract. Perhaps you don t have a brokerage account. If you do, perhaps you don t recall that there is an AGE requirement of 18.

Perhaps Webstreet and Etrade would be interested to hear and see proof that the Miller account is in fact in the hands of a 15 year girl.
