I hope that restricted shares are issued for any new acquisition. Financing is very hard to get and should be used on their focus and finish to pay the little man doing the work. ETPI should be very tight with the use of these funds.
If a company wants to be acquired and believes in the merger, they will be willing to take stock in a bigger and better company that would grow in size by the time the restriction has been lifted.
Us shareholders are willing to hold long. The shareholders of the merged company should be willing to also, unless they are trying to dump a worthless piece of baloney.
