This is a long wait but it will be worth it in the end-- Ltd UCR Shares issued 13,684,899 Feb 17 close $0.73 Mon 17 Feb 97 Acquisition Also Castle Rock Exploration Corp (CTP) The VSE has accepted for filing an option agreement dated November 13 1996 between Castle Rock Exploration Corp and United Compass Resources Ltd whereby United Compass can earn a 50% interest in 160 mineral claims in the Pistol Lake and Amp Lake areas of Ontario. United Compass must pay Castle Rock $435,000 over four years and issue 25,000 shares upon regulatory acceptance, a further 175,000 shares issued in tranches upon filing an engineering report accepted by the exchange. United Compass must also incur $100,000 per year of exploration over four years. Any amendments to the agreement or the purchase of nsr is subject to the VSE prior approval.
