Three words: Dead Cat Bounce. Really. Is CAT worth only a drop of 3 points to $47 after announcing it will miss earnings by a whopping 50%? Does one analyst upgrade counteract all the other analyst downgrades? Guess what I'm doing with $47 CAT... not buying, that's for sure. -DavidCG
