Yo know what Daniel, the "choice" of going to trial is not yours. It is the SEC's..... Further if you have something to say to me please post it to me. I don't like you, but I will not leave. I spent my time while suspended from SI writing LOTS of little emails to lots of places... and you know what? They were ALLLLLL about you. Expect some calls and letters. The SEC may be contacting you, and I am sure that Webstreet and Etrade will have some questions for you as well. It is NOT legal for a 15 year old snot to place a trade.
