The support at DELL is incredible ? Have you ever owned one ? Most who do find their support to be very knowledgeable.

Also, who is giving you the line about "higher quality components"?
I sell Compaq's, HP's, system builds for a living and still recommend DELL to my friends. My brother bought a Dimension yesterday. While I give the "higher quality parts" line to make a few bucks, people who build PC's make their money by either using cheaper parts and cheap labor to do it. Either way the end user loses.
