Recently had a problem processing bills.
Called their customer service in Chicago (the office that handles MS Money connects to CKFR) and let a message with my office number. No response.
I called again and spoke to two service reps who were not only unhelpful, but unpleasant.
Then, I e-mailed them directly asking for help. No response.
Then I e-mailed them again and informed them that I was a shareholder and a customer and that this was starting to piss me off. No response.
I finally solved the problem by installing Money 99 and reconfiguring my end.
It sounds like the problem was at my end, BUT, if any one on the thread (TLindt, etc.) has someone's ear at the company, please let them know that their customer service department is deplorable.

Bias: I am an investor (not a trader) long and will continue to accumulate shares of this company I had a rotten personal experience that does not change my assessment of this company generally. I hope that I can use this thread to positively encourage the company to direct some attention to their customer service department by complaining here to someone who has an ear at the company.
