messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com I have a long-term position in USF, but I have not heard anything concrete about a takeover. The Yahoo messages get a little crazy so I would not put much faith in them overall. Keep in mind that in 1997 the Bass family got 10% of the shares in exchange for water rights in Southern California's Imperial Valley which includes 1.2 million warrants to purchase stock at $50 and $60 a share.
