The main thing about a company issuing additional shares is the concern about dilution. It is a trade off when a company needs cash
and or its a good time to raise additional money for expansion etc etc.
The problem with more shares is that any future earnings will be diluted and that is the concern of investors. With a small cap like this it may not be too negative since a bank will lend them money and
the revenue per share is quite high. All things being equal it is
much better for a company to be buying back shares (less shares and
and earnings are shared amoung fewer share holders). Lets face it
this is a very speculative company, if they can get their act togeather could be an easy triple, or could be down 90%.
