I have discovered that some of these laws are still the subject of litigation, or are not enforced due to opinions handed down by a state attorney general. Or are arcane laws on the books that exist only due to a technicality prohibiting their removal from the state constitution? Well what do you know - I'm shocked SHOCKED I tell you - a right wing nut webpage misrepresents the actual facts on this abortion issue once again. Well, no matter, as Mary Matalin has said, most people don't vote this abortion issue its only one of many factors. Continue on, far right, with your quest to destroy the lives of women everywhere.
