Michael, Yes, it's all very interesting. Maybe it is one of those "buy on the rumor and sell on the news" type of things. Or, everyone in the know has bought, and we have to wait for the news so everyone else can catch up. I think the news will take us to 100 without too much buying. Even if one was investing using PE, this would still be a fair price under a pre-deal situation. With the deal, 100 is a deal!! Also, the low vol is interesting. What is up there? It could just be market jitters, or worry about the deal? I think its the market in general, I am even worried about it short term. later, John
