My thoughts: Its worth noting that Bullish Advisors are rising again and Bearish Advisors are dropping. I'm now keeping Cum Adv-Dec on P&F charts for NYSE, ASE and OTC. They are all very weak. Two weeks of big time index moves and the NYSEBP is hibernating. This rally is very selective. I'm bearish - and will be until I see some changes.
