not a hell of a lot. If weak stocks always got weaker and stronger stocks always got stronger, every stock would be trading at 0 except those that made a new high every day.

O'Neill is great at spotting stocks with great momentum, but he is lousy at telling when that momentum will end. He is also lousy at spotting stocks that have been weak and will soon climb.

Momentum stock picking is as easy as doing a screen for 52-week highs. Try that for a while and see how many times you get burned by over-extended stocks. I have the bruises to prove it.

After you have traded stocks for 12 years, you will realize his system is not perfect by a long shot. In my opinion, the big money is made 2 ways; buying and holding quality stocks & spotting when the trends will reverse on weak stocks. TA (specifically MACD) is great for the second situation.

My 2 cents.
