Let us know what you learn from ABZ. I hate disputes and I have a feeling that this thing will get really ugly in due time. All I'm trying to stress is the fact that a contract is executed when payment is received. Anyone that has taken any Civil Law understands this point. No Cash has changed hands here. A pattern has been established.
