Lynn, remember I have complained about my bad experience with CPQ and talked about some good experience with Dell services? However for the latest, my friend who was a big fan of Dell and bought computers from them has some new experiences. He tried to order a sever computer and a 19' LCD flat screen monitor together from Dell. Dell's ordering system was having some glitch so that he got the monitor but the computer never came and he was never contacted or informed about this. Later when he called Dell, he was told that he had to reenter the order for the computer and had to get to the end of the waiting line which would take a while longer to get the new computer. So he gave up on Dell but read some good things about a Compaq's new server and made the order which was delivered quickly. He is very happy with it. And he hates Dell's new LCD monitor he ordered. So I suggested him to get one from Compaq, the latest 18' LCD Flat monitor which got some good reviews, because I had ordered mine 15' TFT500 from CPQ a while ago and is quite happy with it.

Hopefully this reflects a new trend that will help Compaq's stock.

Shawn
