Mohan,

Paz used to live in my apartment building in Cambridge (Mass) in '77-79. There was no elevator, and I can distinctly remember him coming up the stairs with a pile of books and groceries. I am ashamed to say I was too focused on my studies of India and economic development to read his books or catch his guest lectures. I'll look at "In Light of India". I have never heard of it or knew that we shared a common fascination with the country.
