$62 is the number. One reason for the premium is the potentially undervalued price of FRO stock. This is nothing new. Given that, I would think that the FRO shareholders will approve this deal and push it on through. The deal has a price collar (based on the GBLX stock), but FRO still gets a guarantee if the collar is breached. Nick
