From what I have heard most of the shrinkage is due to employee theft. They still have along way to go. they have lost market share. It looks like a good buying opportunity. I don,t see how ther are going to make a profit of 3 mill. I still expect another big loss mainly because of price war between the bay and eaton's n.p.
