Well, I don't know about either of those problems. The pricing is higher than others, no question about it, but I believe and I could be mistaken as this is the only futures brokerage account I have had, that they take pride in making sure the accounts are handled correctly and problems are fixed promptly and professionally. So far that has been my experience.

My rate is now a total of $31.20 to trade a mini. I don't bother calling it commission and fees or whatever all that crap is, it is simply I pay $31.20 round turn...no matter what contract I trade. Mini, bonds, SPOOs, Corn....Milk...whatever.

PMB has called me and offered $17.50 total round turn on the minis. I don't know about their service, but have read some complimentary and some not so complimentary things about them.

I am happy with ZAP. I am sorry your experience was not so great. I believe Temple uses them and is very happy as well.

Guess it depends on who your contact was....I dunno....
