Larry McNabb is Twin Towers Financial, and Ian Lambert is the President of FSOL. I talked to a Securities lawyer who is currently litigating the SFSK debacle, and he said the regardless of the disclaimer both FSOL and Twin Towers MAY be guilty of someFrontrunning, & a P&D scheme. He is going to look into it and get back to me. I don't know Why McNabb is no longer answering anyone on SI, but he and FSOL have a lot of explaining to do!! I hope that they have to do some explaining to the SEC as well!
