Okay what am I missing. I checked the quotes, it is .43 x .46 - last trade .46 on volume of 70,000+. Check 5 minutes later, bid/ask is .40 x .45 - last trade the same at .46 and volume appears to be the same. So how does it move down *3* cents on no trades, last being .46 and they also drop the ask when the last trade was a buy.
