I understand what you are saying, but one phase in your post defines a key part of the problem.

we discussed the stock price drop after his last report to the thread.

Carl Reynolds did not report to the thread. He did not report to shareholders. He did not issue any news release. YOU reported to shareholders, not Reynolds.

If he thinks reporting to you and your reporting to the thread is sufficient for shareholders, then he is not correct. The fact that I know he did not return a voice mail message I left for him, and others have posted that he did not respond to emails sent to him, makes one wonder why he thinks you are the only shareholder he should personally communicates with. He should not be surprised by how shareholders react based on his actions.
