We have no proposed BOD

We can go to CALPERs and Wisconsin with a concrete proposal (and our 450,000 shares) and request that they formulate a strategy based upon replacing the BOD.

We should try to get a meeting with them to discuss the proposal and strategy.

We should concentrate on getting one representative of the investors on this thread included in a Calpers BOD rather than nominate our own full BOD.

We do not have to nominate an entire BOD or solicit members. We merely need to get the assent to such a strategy from the other concerned share holder groups.

I would suggest we send someone from the California area to meet with Calpers. We can give authority to Eric if he is willing.

I hereby propose that, Eric willing, we nominate him to meet with Calpers in our name and discuss a strategy for replacing the BOD.

Any seconds?
