Afaq,

Thank you for the detailed info. One thing to note:
Usually, we have RFI, then RFQ, and then RFP. RFP is the final stage to set up all binding contracts. You can confirm with them if you like but the numbers in these two categories are close.

In any case, if they have 20+ RFP on hand, it is very good. I am short term bullish on FIBR now due to
1. EPC
2. be able to deliver now ( but watch out if they can handle large volume.)
3. NetSilicon IPO
4. lots of RFQ on hands

I am long term cautious and bearish due to
1. strong competitions coming in in 6-9 months
2. below average software management system ( of course, this can be improved.)
