Salah, you certainly have a right to an opposing opinion. But, in the face of such overwhelming animosity exhibited not only by me, this board, and CalPERS, you see the industry itself (read: The Trade Media) expressing it. I would certainly like to hear why, I assume you think Joe Marengi and the BOD of Novell, Inc. are doing the very, best job they can for their shareholders.

As far as results, what results are you thinking of? That we will not
oust the BOD or Marengi, or we will not put enough pressure on Novell to seriously think and act on REAL management and strategic changes to the business? Do you think they will just ignore what is happening around them and continue with BAU, as if nothing is wrong?

Well, I'm very interested in hearing your opinions, and I do respect them. But, like I said while you were away, "Pandora's out of the box". And the current management of Novell, Inc. BOD notwithstanding will NOT come out of this unscathed.

Regards,

Joe...<PS: I saw those articles also, but I don't believe them anymore>
