I have been following the company for about 6 months and I used to go to UBC... I had a class or two with Dr. Hancock (Micro 200).

I am interested in investing... just waiting for the right time...

i.e. I think 4 bucks is a tad bit more than I am willing to pay right now. I think 3.60-3.70 would be fair. That is a reduction of ~10%

If MBI announces a deal to produce and market their antibiotics with a major Pharmaceutical company... the stock might triple in a week. I think that is keeping many wary biotech investors away at this moment. At that point they should also think about listing on NASDQ.

P.S.
Another company I do hold some stock in right now is Cell Science (Celi on Nasdq). They have one product already FDA approved for cancer called Multikine and they are in Phase I trials with a vaccine for HIV.
