What's going on? Have the takeover rumours been completely debunked? If so, who can explain the volume on ESPI? Today it traded more than half the float - more than double the daily volume. It's been trading a lot for the past couple of days.

The hypesters on Yahoo do not have enough shares to create this volume and I doubt that large brokerage firms pay any attention to the Yahoo message boards.

What's causing the attention?
1. Not the financials -- they're not very impressive -- lots of cash offset by lots of debt.
2. Qwest takeover potential -- I've seen this in the financial press, but I don't know who started it. Did they pick it up from the Yahoo board too?
3. General takeover potential -- I don't really understand the significance of ESPI's installation base enought to believe this - Can someone explain it to me?
4. Financial performance -- What are Q1 numbers going to be? Any opinions? Revenues are peaking, losses increasing.

Opinions?... BGL
