Hi Robert !

Non of the fundamentals have changed. The company continues to make good progress in cutting costs and is slowly moving to profitability. As you know for the past two fiscal quarters the company has had nice revenues and no fiscal losses. Once the share issue is complete, PLT will be able to pay off all notes of debt (15% interst they are paying). The 20 million line of credit from the Bank of America will be used for a acquisition of the Ohio business and for general cash uses if and when needed.

Why is the stock doing so poorly ? Well around X-mass a lot of people were buying because they thought the finscal quarter would show so profits. The quater was very postive but no porfits ! A lot of peolpe are now selling because they are looking to flip their money into something that will make them some quike money. I said many times this stock is a long hold, at least a year !!! As you know when a stock starts to fall, people get on the band wagon and sell pushing the price down.

I believe the stock could very well fall another 2 cents, but once the share issue is complete and announced the market will take notice. Personally I'm considering buying a little more of PLT. The company is growing its revenues, plans some strategic acqusitions, and will have their high debt notes eliminated in 97. The Bank of America would not agree to lend $20 million to a company that did not have a good business plan or a company they did not believe.

If your a short term ivestor then this is the wrong stock for you. When this company returns to profitability the stock will perform very nicely, 200 to 300 per cent.

How many other penny stock do you know of with such fundamentals ?
