But that is also the last refuge of the dim......

That seems to me to be a clear violation.. it is hostile in intent, threatening and an invasion of privacy. Will he be suspended? we shall see.

I have seen SI Bob say that a PM becomes the property of the addressee. I am not sure if this is correct, but it is apparently SI policy, so I am safe in posting it here. (unless the rules don t apply to me)
