Hirsch was again confident in financing opportunities, but I think some degree of "prove it" may be wise. I think they run out of cash in April.

Not a particularly well attended presentation, many in fact were WCII owners - which with funding, was the focus of the Q&A.

FON's Esprey in the big assembly (after GBLX/FON and then IIXC - the next likely to go), when pressed today, stated that BBFW (I carefully noted that this was both his term and Mandl's) was the LL solution they were very hopeful about. I suspect his may have bouyed WCII toda.

And I would guess ML picks up coverage on WCII within a Q or so at the outside. I didn't get that feeling about ARTT. In fact, caution (until financing secured) seemed to be the motif.
