I used to have a site that had directions for a spud gun. They are off line now. Also had a watermelon cannon. That sucker would kill a horse. And blueprints on building a nuke.

For a cat you want a .177 BB gun. Not a Red Ryder but a pump that has adjustable sights. One pump per 50 feet. Really stings their ass.
