I think they can do anything they want with LCOS assuming their price is higher than Diller's.
Could you explain to me what's wrong with the following scenario with LCOS:
1) adamantly oppose the LCOS deal and get shareholders vote "no"
2) increase number of shares
3) split
4) THEN buy LCOS for around 105 dollars if other deals are dead.

Thus potential decrease in CMGI share price will be offset by pre-split run-up AND a) they will own LCOS or b) they will get a better deal.
