Law suits are seldom in the best interests of shareholders. The thing that I have a problem with is whether I would have purchased this stock at the time, and for how much. I may have still bought the stock, but the price probably would have been less. Another disturbing thing is how the stock price got run down before we were delivered the news. It looks obvious to me that people "in the know" had the opportunity to sell before the news hit the rest of us. Management may have erred on the accounting part, but the news leaks to the people "in the know" is difficult for me to overlook.
