Sandra, the old saying "Buy low and sell high" still applies. It just requires patience...specially in the small caps. Parking your money in the ignored areas of the market that offer the best value is not going to be covered extensively by CNBC...unless they change their format. Take a look at STAT and OSM and SDIX. STAT may be ready to rumble. OSM is a play on USF's takeover rumor that hasn't responded yet. (IOM moved in kind today) SDIX moved out of its trading range, but the volume is not convincing. I'm looking for a pullback before buying. AS
