It appears that another 7.5M shares have been registered in accordance with the employee's option plan. These will be added to the shares OS. I guess the good news is that TSIG must be pretty near its limit of 100M shares and cannot issue many more without permission to change the number of shares it is allowed to issue. I understand that permision can be obtained without too much trouble.

The number of outstanding shares is getting pretty high IMO, despite the fact that some may have been issued as colateral for the PP and may not be converted.

What was the previous count? About 90M?

At some point this dilution has got to stop. I am getting seriously concerned. Does anyone know of an OTCBB stock with 100M shares OS that ever made it to a listed exchange?

I hope TSIG will be the first. They have a great business plan and excellent management, but now a price of 2 will mean a market cap of nearly 200M.
