Thread Sorry to say I have yet to set the bottom in APCO. Its just SO cheap at this level I can't seem to pull the trigger. Good/Bad I really don't know. But I am not gonna say small caps are gonna rally soon or they are overdue or any of that nonsense. Of course they are overdue, of course they are inexpensive but who really cares. :0( ht david
