If Mobutu donates $1 million cold cash to the Democratic National Committee, what are the chances of us getting a US aircraft carrier or at least a flotilla of destroyers??? It worked for the Taiwanese. Anyone have Hillary's phone number??? Remember, even rebels need money. Could be a nice buying opportunity if panic pushes this stock down to $2.
