Here is a run down of the meeting second hand, better than nothing. Possible merger with McDonald Oil (OTC:MACO). New name Valiant Ventures Inc name. They are exploring for oil off of Cuba. 1/2 share for existing share plus 1 rights to purchase shares @ 0.10 I am not sure what is going to happen with the shares Bre-sea owns or the Walsh family. Bre-sea isn't going to exercise their rights (5,000,000 shares). Walsh family (1,000,000 shares) didn't show up. This would leave 16,000,000 shares outstanding but I am not sure on that so don't quote me. Elected directors. Other than that it sounds like it was hopeful that something can be worked out to at least give shareholders something. If I get any more news I will keep everyone informed as the best I can. Curtis
