Just a brief message to bring you up to speed.

First off I am expecting the proxy materials from Jeff Bootes Offices any time
now and will post them promptly on the BCMD web site
(http://www.bcmd.com). Additionaly the people from McLaughlin Engineering
are in Grass Valley to begin their assesment of the properties. I am currently
back in GA to tie up some personal loose ends, before things get busy, and will
be returning to Grass Valley on Monday. Larry is still in Las Vegas working with
the US Cement project, Jim Webster is in Grass Valley working with
McLaughlin showing them around the properties. For the time there is not much
else I can say but I at least wanted to let you know the proxy materials are on the
way and will be available shortly. As always if you have any specific questions
feel free to email me anytime (aikox2@yahoo.com)and if there is anyone in the
middle Georgia area that would like to meet with me before Monday please drop
me an E-mail and I would be more than happy to meet for lunch or whatever. I
have met with some shareholders here already and do not mind taking the time to
do so again. Just let me know. In the mean time, Happy St. Patricks Day and
don't hesitate to drop me a line.
